WILTSHIRE

The Wiltshire, England file of Daltons is one of the smallest of all English districts with some 75 surname entries. It consists of Marriages, Births, Burials, and Extractions from the 1881 Census of the U. K. By 1881 the Dalton population had virtually disappeared from Wiltshire.
Our appreciation is extended to Michael Cayley, DGS Archivist for his contributions of Burial data to this file. If you have Wiltshire data to contribute it will be most welcome. It is the onus of the user to verify the data.
