DORSET |
There were very few Daltons in Dorset. Most notable are the Grant Daltons in Parkstone, part of the Somerset family. The forty entries in this file are easily browsed and it is the onus of the user to verify the data. Our thanks go to Michael Cayley, DGS Archivist for the Miscellaneous items.
Editor's Note: The Grant Daltons of Brodsworth Hall were the subject of a comprehensive research paper by DGS Historian, the late Dr. Lucy J. Slater and appeared in DGS Journal 29, 1998.
